Cashew butter is super easy and quick to conjure. You can make it with raw as well as baked/roasted cashew nuts. Add a little coconut oil if you prefer a creamier consistency. I baked the cashews and then blended them. If you have no time to bake/ roast them, you can even go for store-bought roasted and salted cashewnuts.
