Mint Yoghurt Chutney | The #1 Side-Kick Of Tandoori Dishes
This one needs no much introduction. This Mint-Yoghurt chutney is a standard side-kick to the Indian grills, roasts and tandoori dishes. It is packed with the freshness of mint along with some coriander and other ingredients to pack flavour blended with the richness of yoghurt. The freshness of the mint compliments the smoky earthy flavours of the Indian grill preparations, while the yoghurt helps to cut down the heat and adds some creaminess to the whole experience.
How to make Mint Yoghurt Chutney
Making the Mint-Yoghurt Chutney is simple. Just grind all the ingredients together to a smooth paste of dripping consistency and not pouring consistency. Since we are using yoghurt, there is no need to use water while grinding. Enjoy it to your heart’s content with my Homemade Tandoori Chicken Recipe.
