Rhubarb-Ginger-Lemon Soda
With Rhubarb easily available in the market at this time of the year, I made some Rhubarb Syrup and then infused the humble Ginger-Lemon Soda with it. This summer, quench your thirst with this refreshing Rhubarb-Ginger-Lemon Soda.
How to make Rhubarb-Ginger-Lemon Soda
The process is same as Ginger-Lemon Soda, plus the addition of Rhubarb Syrup. As always, I begin by loading the glass with ice and then fill it about two-thirds with the Ginger-Lemon Soda and top it up with the soda and finally lace it with a couple of tablespoons of the Rhubarb Syrup. Garnish of your choice and done! As simple as that.
